Project manager
Jef Carrick
Jef has been working with Sunseed for the past 17 months, originally starting as eco construction co-ordinator. Previously working as a self-employed plasterer and builder in normal & eco UK and Spanish builds (including cob, straw bale, and rammed earth buildings), & efficient fire designs including clay ovens and “rocket” thermal mass stoves.
Jef also has a background of community projects. He assisted the set up of Manchester’s "Basement" (bookshop, vegan café, social community centre) & The Heap (community allotment).
Other interests include vegan food and nutrition, mountain biking, music (guitar,drums, didgeridoo) growing plants & herbs.
One of his aims is to make Sunseed a hub of information and learning with a realistic outcome for all who visit.

WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING PROJECT MANAGER.
Posts are for a minimum of 1 year and are renewable after a successful first year.
