European Solidarity Corps
An experience for life
For who?
Young people aged between 18 and 30, European residents, who have not participated in an ESC or EVS program before.
We are looking for motivated candidates with a proactive, creative and problem-solving attitude, at least basic knowledge of English and organisational skills. You will also have the opportunity to develop your Spanish skills whilst staying with us in Los Molinos, but you are not required to possess a good command of Spanish before arrival.
We especially support and encourage to apply individuals who may have experienced social and/or economic hardship, whose first language is not English, or persons who have not previously had the opportunity to explore this kind of lifestyle or travel abroad.
As this is a EU-funded programme it has some restrictions in age and residence. We review applications twice a year.
What will you do?
You will become part of our friendly team, taking on responsibilities whilst becoming independent in your field of interest.
We invite you to pick 1 department that attracts you the most and learn about them as much as you can. We expect volunteers to commit to certain tasks in the long run and find a satisfying balance between project priorities and their interests. During your stay, you will receive a mentor to help you structure your time, clarify learning objectives and ensure your well-being in the community.

I learnt how to take care of the beautiful medicinal garden and produce tinctures and natural cosmetics. I also discovered how to live an independent life in harmony with nature.

Volunteer from Poland
I discovered what my biggest talents are and how I can use them for the greater good. The big learning was also the constant transition of the community and the experience of group processes.
